The Melt (Berkeley, CA) - The melt that I got was the Jalapeño Pepper Jack on Sourdough. It also comes with a side of chips and a pickle. I really liked it since the spicy jalapenos complimented the sourdough really well. I also feel like they put a sort of garlic butter spread on the bread when they toast it or some type of seasoning, so it added extra flavor to it! It was really satisfying. The next time I went to the Melt, I went straight for this sandwich. Perhaps next time I’ll try and venture out to try something else… but my mouth waters thinking about this one.
